Here’s what you can expect:


1. Arrival & Intention
You’ll begin by discussing your health concerns and intentions for healing. This helps set the stage for your session.


2. Assessment

In your first session, I will conduct a brief posture assessment to check for blockages and restricted movement.


3. Relaxation

You’ll lie comfortably on a massage table, face down and fully clothed. There is no forceful manipulation, cracking, or pressure—only gentle, mindful touch.


4. Access Points

Using a series of specific touch points on the sacrum and the sphenoid, I’ll gently signal your body to release stored stress and blockages.


5. Release & Realignment

As your body responds, you may notice deep relaxation, gentle movements, emotions releasing, or sensations of warmth and flow. These are signs that your nervous system is unwinding and healing is occurring.


6. Integration

At the end of your session, your body will continue integrating the changes. Many clients report feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected to themselves long after their session ends.


    7. Detoxification

    We fully trust in the body’s ability to determine its own path to healing. Sometimes this can include detoxification. Please be aware that this can include headaches, skin eruptions, or fever, as these are all channels of elimination and a very good sign that the body is ridding itself of blockages from toxins. Please drink 64 ounces of clean water after your session to support detoxification.
